Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Serving size: 1 Muffin
Points per serving: 2 old points, Points Plus-3
Makes 12 muffins

2/3 cups powdered milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
6 Tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all the ingredients together, but don't overmix. Put them in greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
